A Letter from the Content Head

I almost didn’t write this.
Usually, this newsletter is about what we’ve shipped or learned or thought about as a team. But this week is pure chaos—the good kind that happens when everything you've been working for suddenly lands together and at once.

The past couple of weeks brought something new to the table—a whole lot of momentum. And by that I mean, our outreach finally hit, interest exploded, and we're now drowning in demos, requests, and enterprise onboarding. One of the customers wanted to see their exact use case in action, so we built an app from ground up that mirrored their application end-to-end and this was done overnight. Another asked for a very specific feature, and the team hustled until morning to deliver a working flow. It was a lot and it was fast.

This is the kind of traction we've been killing ourselves for. But it also meant this week was an intensive one—getting the product enterprise-ready in a way that’s grounded and day-to-day usable. Especially when you’re building something AI-powered that people actually bet their business on.

So the tech team left everything and gave it their all.

One small thing that stood out to me was how everyone kept up a habit that’s quietly been part of our culture. Everyone writes ideas, theories, and checklists directly on desks and windows with whiteboard markers. It's organized chaos at its finest. Then we had morning standups that blend into evening check-ins that blend into late-night coding marathons. Not just to smooth things over, but to dig deeper, get ahead of issues, and build with clarity.

The shift is massive: from clean, controlled single-user demos to systems that handle messy, complex enterprise requirements. We're stress-testing until things break, finding every vulnerability ourselves, and reinforcing before anyone else discovers them.

I've watched the team push beyond exhaustion—bleary-eyed, overcaffeinated, but laser-focused. We’re not here to chase a perfect picture, but we’re here to chase the kind of reliability that earns trust. And hey, it wasn’t all bad. Just this week, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, the CEO of Paytm, gave us a shoutout on X (Twitter). Validation that hit at exactly the right moment. Couldn’t have asked for better timing.

While tech was in the trenches, the growth team stayed close. We’ve been in-office all week, trying to support however we can—testing flows, tracking issues, sharing feedback, keeping spirits high, whatever it took.

And somewhere in between the intensity, we caught a win: one of our Instagram reels—a silly little idea we executed on a quick Saturday blew up. 400K+ views and 6K+ likes. Totally unexpected and totally welcome. We’ve been heads-down on SEO, socials, and everything in between. Wins like this remind us it’s working.

We had our performance reviews recently, and one of the questions the founders asked was:
“How confident are you in the team’s overall vision?”

I didn’t need much time to think about it because I’ve seen the team work through some intense moments, and what always stands out is the belief they bring to what we’re building. In an industry that’s constantly changing, that kind of care means a lot.

So while this week was not really about big launches, it was a powerful reminder:

We’re not just making this ready for show—we’re making it real-world ready.
