# Organization & Members

> Control profile, org details, concurrency limits, invites, and roles from Profile.

1. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile.

Here, you’ll first see your User Information. Below that is the Organization Details section, where you can view:

* Organization Name
* All Members currently part of your organization

Under organization details, you’ll see Organization Settings.

* Maximum Concurrent Tasks
* By default, this is set to 5 tasks.
* Higher values allow more tasks to run at once, but may consume more system resources.
* If the limit is reached, new tasks will wait in a queue until resources free up.
* You can adjust this value anytime to suit your team’s workflow.

Quash works best when your whole team is collaborating in one place. To ensure everyone has access to the full testing workflow, you’ll need to invite them to your workspace. Only members invited to a workspace can view or participate in any part of the testing process. Access to tests, context sources, and results is workspace-specific and fully private.

**Accessing Members & Invites**

1. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
2. Navigate to Profile Settings.
3. Go to the Organization Members section.

**Viewing Members**

In this section, you can see all members of your organization, including the Owner.

**Inviting Members**

1. Under Members & Invites, type the email address of the person you want to invite.
2. From the dropdown beside the email field, select the role:
3. Member
4. Viewer
5. Admin
6. The invited member will be added to the workspace automatically.

All your sent invites will appear in the list below the invite section, allowing you to track pending invitations.
